These experts collectively possess experience with virtually every government entity involved in environmental concerns, including DOE, NASA, DOD, USGS, EPA, HUD, and the NSF. They have contracted with over 40 private clients, including Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Cummins Engine, Shell Canada, Ltd., Wisconsin Utilities, and Rollins Environmental Services. Together, they have published over 500 papers, eight textbooks, and 20 textbook chapters within the environmental arena. The Chairs, as a unit, possess over 100 years of academic experience and 60 years of industrial experience performing cutting-edge research. Their programs offer a collective staff of more than 55 environmental experts specifically hired under the Massie Chairs Program. These experts have a proven ability to identify problems, seek solutions, and produce groundbreaking results.
